We’re excited to announce the first ever Holiday Market on Birch Street, a European-style outdoor event featuring live music, local vendors and holiday shopping. Join your neighbors and friends on Thursday, December 15th from 4 pm – 8 pm to celebrate and shop for the season.

Birch Street will be closed and lined with local businesses such as Birch St House and Garden, presenting a German-style Christmas ornament stall, and Dandelions Flower Shop, selling holiday wreaths. There will be other local vendors and artisans selling gifts and treats such as Apotheker Kitchen’s chocolate and marshmallows. The Boston Cheese Cellar will offer up a raclette, a gooey cheese.

Inside the Emerald Society on Birch Street, shoppers will find a book sale from the Friends of the Roslindale Branch Library, with proceeds supporting efforts to promote and enrich branch library programs and services. The Thrift Shop of Boston will sell holiday décor alongside a drop-off point for the annual Home for Little Wanderers Toy Drive, which collects 15,000 gifts for some of the state’s most vulnerable children and families. Enhancing the festivities will be the sounds of Boston-based Balkan Mind Meld, which offers traditional music from the Balkan peninsula and beyond on accordion, violin, and clarinet.Watch movie online The Transporter Refueled (2015)
