Community Stall Application

Are you a nonprofit or other community based organization that is looking for a way to be more visible to the community? This year the Roslindale Farmers Market will have one free space available for local organizations that want to provide resources to and engage the community.

For more information read the Community Stall Policy here.

Applications for the community stall closed on March 31. We have a few spots left over, if you are interested in one of these spots please email our Farmers Market Manager, Ellie Greenler, at

Summer Farmers Market

The Roslindale Village Main Street Summer Farmers Market is different than any market in Boston, and we have been voted as Best Farmers Market in 2013, 2014, 2016, and 2017.

In the Summer, the Roslindale Farmers Market has free children’s activities and live music every week! It’s a true community event where residents, local businesses, and farm fresh food come together in Adams Park on Saturdays throughout the summer and fall. Every season is full of new vendors, performers, and engaging children’s activities. The market is open from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm every Saturday, rain or shine, from June through November in Adams Park. The first day of the Farmers Market is always the first Saturday of June.

Thanks to our 2018 Business Supporters for making our Summer Farmers Market Programming possible:

Winter Farmers Market

From January through March, RVMS hosts a Winter Farmers Market, which is located at the Sons of  Italy Hall at 30 Birch Street. Our market runs from 10:00am to 2:00pm each week. We host a rotating roster of about 15 vendors that bring fresh veggies, prepared specialty foods, and crafts to the market.

Our farms will accept EBT/HIP benefits throughout the duration of the market. To find out more click here.

“… My time at the farmer market showed the power of community to promote local business development in a small but vibrant downtown setting. I'd like to continue to be a part of a community like that in the future and to use my skills as a transportation engineer to encourage small village centers like Roslindale,” - an RVMS Farmers Market Volunteer

Volunteers make Roslindale Village Main Street Farmer’s Market as successful as it is. Whether you’re new to the area or a market veteran, we welcome your help!

The Farmers Market is a great opportunity for people who care about sustainability, the local economy, and uniting a community around access to local food to pitch in.
If you’d like to volunteer in the planning or implementation of either our Summer or Winter farmers market, contact our Market Manager .
